Stain Eraser Spraying Skid
The Stain Eraser Spraying Skid. 892-20400 parts list: 892-0401
The Project is mounted to an industry standard sized 48” x 40” aluminum pallet, allowing easy shipping and mounting into service vehicles
The reel on its strograge box will be 3 Inches taller than the 33in tall tank with the aluminum pallet this will be about 39in tall

This is image is a mockup of the intended placement of the major components.
This will load facing out the tailgate or sideways facing curbside in a Full Size pickup
and facing curbside in a Maverick or similar small pickup similar to this softwash skid in a Maverick
This tank is 11inches taller than the tank specified in this system

The Skid is a 48x40 an aluminum pallet base
The 100 Gallon Tank runs the width of the Skid across the back behind the Reel and Pump.
The Tank is 16in Deep, 47in Long and 33 inches high there are no built in gradient markers we can discuss how to make a plate with gradient to add to the side of the tank.
The Pump is the Udor 55GR58 with the 800psi capability with a Honda 270 motor.
A) The suction line is 1.25in and connected to a drop tube in the 100gallon tank at the top via a banjo coupler and 90 degree turnn.
B) The 55GR has two out lines (1/2in ID) with valves
a. One will be sent to the Reel for spraying
b. Two will be sent to the 100ga tank for filling the tank (open that valve to fill)
c. The fill line is 1/2in clear braid and the tank will have a 1/2in drop tube for filling
C) Regulator Return Line
a. 3/4in ID clear braid and the tank will have a 3/4in drop tube for bypassed solution
The Reel is an 18in Aluminum Titan mounted on a Storage Box to get it above the motor and pump and allow curbside delivery
Hoses
Tank to Pump
A) 1.25in Suction Line Connects via Banjo Coupler (1.5”) at the top of the tank that is a 90 degree turned 1.5in Banjo Plug with a 1.25” draw tube.
B) The coupler can be disconnected from the top of the tank and a stinger attached to the end to draw chemical into the tank at the tailgate and addiotional extension hose that is 10ft long and 1.25in ID with A Coupler and Pug on the ends can be used to draw from a tank a little further away than the tailgate.
a. When connected to the stinger the pump can deliver the contents of the 55 gallon drum to the tank via the Secnod Output valve on the Udor,
b. Attach the Stinger to the suction line, place in the 55 gallon drum, Open Valve 2
c. Start the Udor Pump, monitor the Tank and the Drum, this will happen quickly, 3 to 6 minute
d. When the drum is empty or the tank is full, turn off the Udor and close Valve 2
e. Replace the suction line on the top of the tank by attaching the coupler to the plug on top
Pump Output

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals. Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water. Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987. Proposition 65 became law in November 1986, when California voters approved it by a 63-37 percent margin. The official name of Proposition 65 is the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.
The list of chemicals contains a wide range of naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals that include additives or ingredients in pesticides, common household products, food, drugs, dyes, or solvents. Listed chemicals may also be used in manufacturing and construction, or they may be byproducts of chemical processes, such as motor vehicle exhaust. For more information visit www.p65warnings.ca.gov/
